What does 7 Days Money Back Guarantee stand for?

• 67 Heavy Equipment guarantees refund of the money, if the equipment is not delivered within 15 days after it is dispatched – No questions asked;
• In case you are not satisfied with the equipment delivered and inform 67 Heavy Equipment within 7 days of delivery, 67 Heavy Equipment will resolve your complaint end-to-end within 72 hours from the time the complaint is raised. If 67 Heavy Equipment is not able to give a resolution within 72 hours then we will automatically refund the amount paid;
• If you do not make any claim after 7 days since the equipment is delivered, we will consider the transaction completed and no further claims will be honored.

What does 7 Days Money Back Guarantee cover?

• Paid equipment and never receive it – if after 15 business since dispatched you haven’t received your equipment, the financial department will contact you in order to issue a refund;
• Damaged/faulty equipment. You have 7 days, or 50 working hours, whichever comes first, to test the equipment;

How do You receive Your refund through 67 Heavy Equipment

• You will be contacted by the financial department, in order to issue a refund. It will be sent as the same payment method used when received.

On a personal note, out of more than 1000 customers, we have only issued 7 refunds, mostly due to unforeseen circumstances (like natural disasters or other accidents and the equipment was damaged during transport - the insurance stepped in and picked up the bill) but for 5 of those customers we managed to find another equipment to meet their requirements.
